After nearly six years Debi accepted the new challenge of joining the literary agents Roger Hancock Ltd to set up a performers department. Debi spent five very happy years at Roger Hancock and in 2002 she was headhunted to set up RDF Management for the RDF Media group. On April 1st 2009 she launched Debi Allen Associates Ltd, which after 3 hugely successful years rebranded to DAA Management in 2012. She set up Square Peg TV with her long term client Sue Perkins in December 2011 and they have already co-produced 2 major shows for BBC2.

Sue PerkinsWriter, presenter and broadcaster, the hugely talented Sue Perkins has been a firm favourite on British television for nearly fifteen years. Over the years, Sue has worked on a wide range of solo projects, including documentaries on art, popular fiction, food and history. In recent years Sue has developed a name for herself as a bit of a foodie and has worked on a number of food related programmes. These include The Big Food Fight and the hugely popular The Great British Bake Off, the third series of which received the shows highest ever ratings, as well as winning the BAFTA for Features and being nominated for Best Factual Television Show of 2012 at the NTAs. Sue has appeared on numerous panel shows including QI, Have I Got News For You and Argumental on TV and The News Quiz and Just a Minute on Radio. She has also contributed regularly to News Night Review and The Culture Show. She won the BBC News and Factual Award in 2011 at the Women In Film and TV Awards and returned in 2012 to host the awards ceremony.

In recent years Sue has been concentrating on some of her own development projects, such as new BBC Radio 4 panel show Dilemma, which sees Sue posing a series of moral and ethical dilemmas to a panel of comics, journalists and other great thinkers of our time. At the end of 2011 Sue worked on a co-production between her own production company Square Peg TV and Northern Upstart which traces the story of the real Von Trapp family - it was broadcast in 2012 as Climbed Every Mountain at Christmas and received the highest ratings of the day on BBC 2. There was also an international version of the programme made which was hosted by Nicholas Hammond, the actor who played Friedrich von Trapp in the 1965 film.

2013 will see the premiere of Sue’s own sitcom Heading Out of which she is the writer, lead actress & executive producer. Produced by Red Production Company and Square Peg TV it will air on BBC Two in February 2013.
